At the CAMSC 20th Business Achievement Awards Gala, OCS had the honour of being named a finalist in three (3) categories:

At the Canadian HR Awards held by HRD Canada, OCS was named an Excellence Awardee in the category of Best Talent Management Strategy. Held for the second year at the renowned Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto, the event saw HR leaders, HR teams, and employers gathered to honour the best of the best in the industry, and Canadian HR Reporter was on hand to capture the reactions of the winners – along with their insights into the evolving HR profession.
2023
Antoinette King and the team at OCS were nominated for three awards, and was even named a
finalist for the second year in a row, for the Customer Service Excellence award in recognition of
the incredible way OCS does business with both clients and candidates.

At the 2022 CanadianSME Small Business Awards, Antoinette King won the title of Inspirational Business Leader of the Year, in recognition of her accomplishments and resilience throughout her incredible journey since founding OCS.
